33. A student without a spouse is allocated an additional $195 per month as living expenses if the student cohabits with his or her child during the year of allocation.
However, if the child is of full age or if the student is not entitled to family allowance under the Taxation Act (chapter I-3), the amount is increased to $539 per month.
If custody of the child is shared, the living expenses are allocated to the student only if, during the year of allocation, the student has custody of the child for at least 25% of the time.
A student who is at least 20 weeks pregnant and has no spouse or child is entitled to the additional amount provided for in the second paragraph.

33. A student without a spouse is allocated an additional $183 per month as living expenses if the student cohabits with his or her child during the year of allocation.
However, if the child is of full age or if the student is not entitled to family allowance under the Taxation Act (chapter I-3), the amount is increased to $506 per month.
If custody of the child is shared, the living expenses are allocated to the student only if, during the year of allocation, the student has custody of the child for at least 25% of the time.
A student who is at least 20 weeks pregnant and has no spouse or child is entitled to the additional amount provided for in the second paragraph.

33. A student without a spouse is allocated an additional $178 per month as living expenses if the student cohabits with his or her child during the year of allocation.
However, if the child is of full age or if the student is not entitled to family allowance under the Taxation Act (chapter I-3), the amount is increased to $493 per month.
